Client Check-in

Day 1

For your Day 1 check-in I will need you to input your weight and take 3 pictures in a sports bra and panties/short shorts and use the same clothes for every progress picture hereon. Also, make sure to always take the pictures in the same area and with the same lighting.

Fridays

Every Friday I need you to update your weight and send the same 3 pictures as you did on Day 1. This will help me (and you) to better see your progress and see if there's anything I can tweak in your program.

Examples

Follow the pose from these pictures to take your progress/check-in pictures. The pictures will be front, back and side (any side, just make sure to always send the same side you did on Day 1).
